Just OK

Bought 3 split systems 5 years ago and I don’t think we have ever had them all working properly at once. Lots of visits by techs but no resolution. Intermittent poor cooling and failure to start. The best advice I had was from the phone support who advised us to turn them off and on at the fuse box to reset them before use.

Warranty

Our 3 yo reverse cycle air-conditioner has stopped working. But there is a 5 year warranty. If we’d wanted a non-warranty call-out it would have happened a few hours after our call. But as it is a warranty claim it will take “at least 1.5 weeks” before a technician comes. Terrible service.
