Each company were polite, helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. However, when dealing with Mouritz our review team spoke with different people on different occasions, leading to some inconsistency of communication. This impacted particularly on email correspondence within the quoting process. Three different people contacted us via email. They offered the same details that, while demonstrating an eagerness to please, led to some confusion. Despite this, they still scored highly in their email service, receiving 8 out of 10, beaten by Ford & Doonan’s impressive score of 9 out of 10 for their outstanding customer service via email correspondence.

Ford & Doonan’s quote system involves an easy application process and initial response happened within 24 hours with the quote also being delivered within 24 hours. Mouritz generally take 6 to 24 hours to respond to a customer’s initial email request for a quote, which is the second fastest response rate. However, it generally takes Mouritz more than 4 days to generate the quote, thereby ranking them with the equal slowest response time compared to our other top 5 companies.

It is notable that the quote generated by Ford & Doonan covered the cost of the air conditioner unit and installation, but did not give an individual pricing breakdown.

Ford & Doonan have a very consistent and impressive rate of success thanks to their qualified and experienced team.
