Simplified Servicing

This series comes with a range of design features aimed at simplifying the servicing process. These include removable grilles and panels, an in-built service dashboard and additional outputs such as fault, run & filter indicator outputs.

Smart Fan Control Technology

This technology is utilised to reduce the EC Indoor Fan speed when the compressor is not in operation, maximising energy efficient performance. Reducing indoor fan speed by 50%, can result in a reduction of fan power consumption in excess of 70%.

Making Centralised Control Simple and Easy

A group control simplifies advanced scheduling functions, and is easy to install and service.

Commissioning Made Easy

Commissioning and configuration of the system can be completed via an outdoor PCB, rather than by entering the roof space to adjust fan speeds for split ducted applications.

Pitched roof

A pitched roof has been specifically designed to prevent water from pooling on the unit in the event of rain, minimising the chance of issues such as rust.

25mm insulation

A 25mm foil faced insulation is included as standard on the indoor unit, improving efficiency by reducing heat gain or loss. It has the further advantage of being less prone to mould or mildew.

Perfect Zoning

Pretty happy with our system. Two years in and it hasn’t failed once. The Que system is really good, the individual zoning works perfectly, and the impact to our power bill was minimal. My only complaints would be the outdoor system is pretty noisy but the indoor side of things is very quiet and the Que system relies on Actron’s cloud-based servers which aren’t all that reliable. Would definitely buy one again.
