Fabulous heating cooling

Looks unit great. Easy to use. Great features. Really happy with cooling and heating. It can be a little noisy when the fan speed is up high. The sensor is great for efficiency is no one in the room therefore saving electricity. WE have been really pleased with the unit.

Perfect climate

Had a split system changed to ducted. Premium is slightly dearer but oh man it is so quiet I forget it’s on. This cools my house quickly and is very efficient. I Have had ducted in previous homes that sounded like a helicopter taking off. This is a pleasant upgrade.
