Reviews

Costs a lot but no regrets

I went with the 7.1KW and it ended up costing me a just under $5k installed, which definitely hurt, but after 12 months of living with it I wouldn’t hesitate to make the same decision again.

Pros:
Warm house when I get up.
Warm house when I get home from work.
The house isn’t covered in dust from the fire. I also no longer need to vacuum every second day because of all the crap dropped from the firewood I was constantly bringing inside.
More room in the garage now the woodpile has gone.
Looks pretty nice.
I’ve paired it with a Sensibo Sky so I can control it from my phone whilst I’m on my way home and it’s worked seamlessly.

Could not be better

I now have six of these units installed in my country Victoria home (Living areas x 2, bedrooms x 4). I replaced three older units and was so happy with them that I added three more.

They have kept the place warm and cool now for 3 summers and winters without any problems. They are very quiet and very powerful. The dry cooling and moist heating are just the best.

Power consumption is SO low, I can leave one on all night in the bedroom and it will only have used 1-2Kwh (each unit has a built in power meter so you can see what has been used).

A little noisier than expected

Cools my 2-bedroom unit very well and also heats it satisfactorily but mainly only when on 25 degrees. I was told 23 degrees is the expected norm for economical heating.
