Fujitsu offer a wide range of options to cover different kinds of projects. Fujitsu’s Air Conditioning units can switch to power saving mode after 20 minutes of no movement, returning to normal operation when movement is detected again.

Panasonic units also have a number of factors making them a very appealing option for a residential home. They feature an enhanced air purifying system, with optional voice control by a smart phone. Energy efficient, Panasonic units can provide energy savings of up to 45%. Their units are seen as discreet and visually appealing. Panasonic also offer a flexible range of controllers.

Split Systems

Split systems are generally the most popular type of air conditioning unit. Fujitsu and Panasonic’s units have a number of energy efficient solutions, making comfort more affordable in terms of utility bills.

Panasonic have 5 high performing residential split system ranges including: Cooling only Wall U Series; Cool or Heating Air Purification Wall Mounted Z Series; Cooling or Heating Wall Mounted RZ Series; Premium Reverse Cycle Z Series; Reverse Cycle Wall Mounted RZ Series. Some of these units use sensors to monitor the location, movement and potential absence of people in the room, adjusting the heating or cooling accordingly.

Fujitsu’s Inverter Multi and Multi System Series feature a 2.3kW to 8kW capacity range, which were rated 4 out 5 by our review team. These units can be matched to a range of indoor units, to find the best air conditioner to suit requirements. Fujitsu’s multi systems have energy saving settings, with individual rooms heated or cooled separately. This means rooms not in use can have their systems turned off.

Panasonic’s outdoor multi-system units enable an entire home to be heated or cooled from one central device as part of a Multi Room Air Conditioning system. This device is compatible with a wide variety of indoor systems. Air purification and sensors work together to create a comfortable environment while reducing energy consumption.

Fujitsu’s new General Lifestyle units have a built-in wireless LAN interface, allowing users to control comfort remotely and program behaviours. This can be used for group or individual control.

Panasonic’s Smart Control Solutions also allow users to control and monitor their air conditioning systems remotely. Their wide range of controls coves both individual and group systems, and are easy to use. Their app works with Google Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa, utilising voice and Wi-Fi control.

Panasonic’s Motion Sensor Ceiling Mounted Ventilation Fan range can work as extraction fans for bathroom or laundry areas, reducing the development of mould. VRF Systems

Offering sound reduction, an environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant and flexibility, Panasonic pride themselves on their energy-saving Mini-VRF units. Fujitsu’s commercial split system units were rated 4 out of 5 by our review team. They feature an energy saving setting that allows the set temperature of the indoor unit to change by one degree intervals, limiting the maximum energy usage of the air conditioner. Their range incorporates the Classic Series, Designer Series, Lifestyle Series (Cooling only) and Lifestyle Series (Heating and Cooling). These units have a range of applications for both small and larger spaces; from a small office to a boardroom. Catechin is part of the filter system, highly effective against bacteria growth, thus producing healthier and cleaner air.

Panasonic’s commercial split system range includes 9 options, covering reverse cycle and cooling or heating only. It is lightweight in design, with an environmentally friendly refrigerant and low noise output. Once the unit is turned off a flap closes to avoiding dust getting in, keeping the equipment clean and thereby needing less frequent maintenance. The range covers a wide range of capacities including units that will cover larger spaces comfortably

Cassette and Ceiling Systems

Discrete, Fujitsu’s Cassette Range sits under the ceiling with only the grille showing, allowing the units to fit your decor. Energy consumption can be controlled using a weekly timer, sleep timer and economy mode to maintain control of energy consumption without loss of comfort. These cassettes are easy to clean, with a removable grille and louvres that can be wiped down.

Ideal for retail stores or schools, Panasonic’s 2 cassette and ceiling unit range offers advanced features including intuitive voice control, with Wi-Fi and WLAN Control optional on some units. Energy saving performance and long-distance airflow distribution are delivered via under ceiling models. These units are designed to be easily installed, with a Built In Drain Pump on some units. They offer uniform cooling or heating and a sleek exterior with voice control.

Fujitsu’s Ceiling/floor console range is designed for homes with no available wall space for multi and split systems. They can be installed on the floor or under the ceiling, with floor consoles providing easy access for users.

This range offers a wide capacity ranging from 2.6kW to 14.0kW to suit differing climates. They are designed for quiet and energy efficient operation, receiving a rating of 3.5 out of 5 by our reviewers.

VRF Systems

Offering a range of options, Fujitsu’s VRF systems suit applications from small office spaces to large-scale buildings, across any kind of Australian environmental extremes. Some have the capability to cool one side of a building while the other utilises heating, matching the conditions in that space.

Panasonic’s extensive range of VRF Systems have capacities at both the higher and lower ends, covering large spaces while still leaving options for air conditioning smaller areas. These Panasonic units come in space saving or high efficiency models. The units feature heat recovery systems that are ideal for simultaneous cooling and heating operation. Control Solutions

Panasonic have designed their controller range to be flexible in their application, providing a comprehensive solution to a range of systems.
