Very impressive performance

Had this unit installed in an existing home. 12 zones, 46sq home. I cannot fault this HVAC unit. It is efficient and quiet; the high static provides the correct volume at all of the registers.

Need as we have medical needs

We have a large house and sometimes have to use day and night settings. It struggles a bit but does manage. When we have the day zone on only we are kept very comfortable. Filtering the dust and pollens are very important and it does this very well. Also here in Queensland we have high humidity this unit is taking care of that problem. In the winter we love the warmth and quick heating capabilities, we highly recommend this unit.

Good

Mechanically a top product. Ours has been running every day for 5 years without a problem. Only real ongoing maintenance is cleaning intake filter which is easy and since it is intended you do it yourself, free. Something about the way you set it to turn on and off on the control panel is not intuitive but is easily managed with the manual. Does an excellent job of dehumidifying the air, which is important in Sydney summers. It works so well and
