Prompt service

I live in an apartment that my son owns and two of two the rooms each have an LG window air conditioner/heater in it. They are both about two years old and I have 1 of those years enjoyed them perfectly. Last week 1 of them stopped working so I needed a repairmen whom promptly came (within two days).

Great Units!

Have had the LG WH24SL-18 (7.1kW) and the WH09SK-18 (2.5kW) installed recently.
Must say I am impressed with the quick cooling from these units and they are also internet ready straight out of the box.
I have 2 Mitsubishi units of same kWh capacity and they don’t come close to cooling performance compared to the LG’s.
Also the ability to operate from an app on my phone is terrific ! The app shows both the room temp and A/C set temp for both units and is well thought out with all the setting options required.
We are yet to see the very high summer temps, but they have already showed they will be a good unit during summer.

Excellent

Great air conditioner. The price pretty good.

The 2 units we have run all day during summer (North Queensland) without an issue. They work quickly and quietly. The inverter must be good as our power bills are lower than other people we know with regular splits.

Great looking, works well. Everyone notices them. Easy to clean. Quiet

The control board died in the larger unit after a year but was replaced under warranty (5 years!). We had 2 “premium” brand air cons in a rental that both suffered the same issue.
