Reviews

Very good

This air conditioner was great, however really loud but will definitely continue to use it as it’s very cold and keeps me cold in the summer, I love how easy it is to use and the installation was also simple. I will definitely recommend this air con and will let my friends know.

No problems with our 3 aircon units after 6+ years of use

We’ve had our three Mitsubishi Electric reverse cycle air con units for about 6 years in our house. And none of them have skipped a beat yet. We clean the filters ourselves annually. Otherwise though, they have been maintenance free. We love our air-con units, and hope to have at least another 5 years incident-free use. The price was very fair too, and they came with free eftpos cards of about $100 each.

Silent and Efficient - well worth the upgrade

I purchased the silver MSZ-EF from Harvey Norman for a good price. Their recommended installer came out on a public holiday and installed the unit at no extra charge. I bought this unit to replace a 15 year old Electrolux Kelvinator model that sounded like a jumbo jet. The new Mitsubishi is so quiet, that even on High fan speed it doesn’t require turning the TV volume up. It is audible on the highest setting, but only slightly louder than the ceiling fan it shares our living room with. Lower speeds it is completely inaudible. The silver unit looks absolutely stunning and is seriously worth considering if your wall is something other than white.
