Braemar error codes

Air Conditioning FAQs

What are error codes?

Error codes identify when something may need to be repaired or isn’t functioning properly. Each error code has a meaning to help you understand the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.

Below are the error codes for Braemar and the matching explanation.

How to manage an error code?

  1. Reset your system

Doing so will delete your air conditioner’s on board memory. We recommend trying this simple trouble-shooting solution before spending money on a service call.

Do so by separating your AC system from its power supply. Unplug it from a power point, turn off the isolator next to the outdoor unit or shut down your house’s power from the electrical board. Then leave it for 15 – 30 minutes.

  1. Call an expert

Have an expert come out to look into your error. This is safer and will ensure you don’t accidentally cause further damage to your air con unit.
