Lennox error codes

Air Conditioning FAQs

About error codes

Error codes tell you when your air conditioning system needs to be repaired or isn’t working as it should. Each error code has a meaning to help you understand the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.

Below are the error codes for Lennox systems and the matching explanation.

How to fix an error code

  1. First step – reset your system

Taking this step will delete your air conditioner’s on board memory. Take this step before spending money on a service call.

Separate your air conditioning system from its power supply. Unplug it from a power point, turn off the isolator next to the outdoor unit or shut down your house’s power from the electrical board. Then leave it for 15 to 30 minutes.

  1. Call a technician who can solve the problem for you

Have a technician look into the issue. This will make sure you don’t accidentally cause further damage to your air conditioning system.
