Daikin

Fujitsu was rated third in our big brand comparison and is a great well rounded brand and with great products.

  • Affordable, with the purchase price generally less than Daikin and Panasonic
  • Value for money
  • Comes with the standard five years warranty
  • Efficient for both heating and cooling
  • Great visual appeal
  • Quiet soft noise
  • Simple to install
  • Fujitsu has a good range of different models and sizes

Cons

  • Not the most energy efficient brand
  • Large range of different purchase prices, some affordable, some value for money and others on the high range

Mitsubishi Electric

Mitsubishi Electric is a well known and trusted brand. Not the top brand for value for money or energy efficiency brand, however a solid choice, with reliable products.

Samsung split conditioners were rated the lowest when compared with the other big brands. Reliability and value for money is definitely some of Samsungs biggest issues, when compared to the top rating Daikin.

  • Least reliable out of all of the brands
  • Appearance is less appealing than other brands
  • Limited range of different air conditioning models
  • Often lower in energy efficiency rating and higher in price
