Customers are greeted by a technician at the first phone call, which means they are immediately able to speak with an expert who can answer all their technical questions and question the customer in detail about their specific technical requirements. The technicians at AirOMania are polite and easy to talk to, able to query customers regarding their specific requirements, asking probing and relevant questions to determine the best recommendation for the customers’ specific circumstances and needs. Through our AirOMania Review we found that the Sydney-based air conditioning installation company’s products come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty and a 5 year installation warranty. The staff are up to date with and knowledgeable about the current manufacturer deals which are on offer usually during the winter months, and are able to provide customers with information regarding deals and possible cash backs available at the time.
We also found the owner of AirOMania, a technician, to be knowledgeable of the technical specifications required and able to give good recommendations based on his many years of industry experience.
On balance, our AirOMania Review rated AirOMania with a 3.5 out of 5 for their overall satisfaction experience, based on their proven technical expertise, backed by over 20 years in the air conditioning installation industry, their general politeness and helpfulness.
