With a heat pump system, every 1kW of input energy is converted into an average of 2~5 times of output energy or heat by absorbing heat from outdoor air.
The waste heat from cooling operations is reused for heating or hot water supply while wasted heat from the heating operation / hot water supply is reused for cooling operation or cold water supply.
The more frequently heating and cooling simultaneous operation is carried out, the higher the energy saving effect becomes.
As there are fewer parts needed without gas being installed space can be freed up or utilised differently.
Useful for kitchens, hospitals etc. where a reliable stream of hot and cold water is required.
Both a hot water supply and cooling operation can be carried out within the same system.

We have it in our living room and is like a goat at cooling the entire house. Turn it on in summer and there is instant relief very powerful and great pickup.
Fantastic unit, super quite, easy to use, cools and heats our large area really well. Didn’t notice a huge increase in power usage from previous bills. Highly recommend this product.
I inherited this when I moved in recently – it is quiet with only the noise of air moving, rather than machinery, and one unit does the whole bottom floor, up the stairs and the landing upstairs (but not the bedrooms), so I am happy with the performance. The remote (wall mounted) has a lot of settings on it, but easy enough to get the basic settings you need done – I need to look at the manual to do automatic timings etc. all the fancy stuff.
