While Think Cooling has built a solid customer based and reputation they received points off their scores for their longer response times to customer requests for quotes. In most other respects they performed well, offering unique features such as an Air conditioning calculator and Smart Technology MyAir.

Price

Price is an area in which Think Cooling outdid Deep Blue Air Conditioning, with their very reasonable and affordable pricing resulting in an impressive rating of 5 out of 5 stars for overall cost effectiveness. Deep Blue Air Conditioning still performed well on this criteria, being awarded a 4 out of 5 stars for their reasonable pricing. It should be noted also that both companies offer reliable brands including Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric. However, Think Cooling are inflexible on their pricing, offering no financing, price matching or volume discounts. They still remain incredibly reasonable in their pricing despite this.
