Optima generally comes out on top of All Climate Solutions, particularly on having low, steady all-year-round prices and very speedy response times. However, if you need financing or consider weekend availability as a critical factor, All Climate Solutions may be the preferable option

Optima is very strong in offering their best price up front, without relying on discounts, promotions and price matching. Although their pricing structure can be quite rigid, and they do not offer price matching, volume discounts, deals and promotions or financing options to their customers, they provide some of the most competitive prices. In fact, when compared against the other top Melbourne companies, Optima came out as equal best on price.

While All Climate Solutions also do not offer price matching, they do offer volume discounts, providing customers with slightly cheaper cost per unit where multiple units are purchased at once. By email, Optima are exceptional, in terms of the quality of their responses and quick response times. All Climate Solutions were also strong in this area (rated by our review team 8/10), but not quite as strong as Optima in this regard.

Where Optima set themselves apart is their response times. Optima’s response times are the fastest of our top 5 companies, following up with their customers very quickly in acknowledging receipt of an initial customer enquiry and in sending the actual quote, both in less than 6 hours. All Climate Solutions also respond relatively quickly, acknowledging receipt of a request from a customer within 6 – 24 hours, and providing a quote following a request within 24 – 48 hours. This was impressive, but not as strong as Optima on this factor.

Optima also gains high scored reviews with an average of 4.4 out of 5 across the reviews posted on business review sites. All Climate Solutions also receive good scores across business review sites with an average score of 4.3 out of 5.

All Climate Solutions are also available on weekends generally on Saturday morning, providing customers who prefer service outside of business hours with a weekend option.
